Here at Proof Eyewear NZ we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase, then we are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 21 days of receipt of the product. The product and packaging must be in new condition excluding any modifications. The original amount less shipping with be credited to you for returns. In the case of an exchange, Proof Eyewear NZ will pay for return shipping. We do not offer returns and exchanges for products on sale.
Items purchased through authorised stockists must be returned to the place of purchase. We only accept returns and exchanges for products purchased online through www.iwantproof.co.nz.
We strongly suggest that customers use some form of tracking when shipping any products to Proof Eyewear NZ. Proof Eyewear NZ does not take any responsibility for packages lost in transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the shipping costs back to Proof Eyewear NZ.
