Proof Eyewear has been crafted from the ground up for timeless style and quality. If you experience a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship Proof Eyewear warrants your sunglasses for a period of 12 months. Proof Eyewear has the sole discretion to determine manufacturer’s defects. If your Proof Sunglasses are proven defective, we will replace them at no cost to you. If your product is not considered defective, (scratched sunglasses lenses are not covered under our warranty) Proof Eyewear will replace your product at a reasonable charge. Apparel and accessories including hats and wallets are not covered under the 12 month warranty period.

Proof Eyewear will only authorise the warranty claim for the original purchaser if the product was purchased from or one of our authorised stockists within New Zealand. We require the receipt as proof of purchase,to complete the warranty process.

This warranty program lasts for 12 months from the initial purchase date of your Proof product and only applies to the original product, excluding lenses. This warranty program covers all parts of your Proof product and applies to all types of defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty program does not cover product that is lost, stolen, dropped, shattered, sat on, chewed by your pet or any other damage that is caused by the consumer.

The warranty does cover the prescription frames, however does not cover prescription lenses. Please do not return any frames with your prescription lenses inserted.  We are not responsible for any prescription lenses that arrive into the Proof warranty center.
